AI will not replace Front-end developers, but it is definitely going to change the way they work. Tools based on AI are bound to take away repetitive tasks, make code generation faster, and help in design, thus increasing the efficiency of development. With AI, yet creativity, understanding of the user experience, and being able to adapt to fit into certain project needs are hard skills that are impossible to replicate.

Software developers will still be needed to handle the most complex problems, make design decisions, and ensure that the final product is going to meet users’ expectations. AI will then probably concern more a surge in developers’ capabilities than a substitution for them.
