THE IDEA. A FRUITFUL MARRIAGE OF MARKETING & MEDICINE

At first, Monique developed an app as a tool for one of the existing clients. After noticing retention and average visit time boost, she started a full-scale trial involving 3 clinics with more than 30 000 patients. During this trial, Monique collected everyone’s feedback and arranged dozens of 1-1 calls with each newly registered user to explain how the app works. The trial lasted for a year and led to the MVP creation.

Afterward, the primary challenge for Monique Clark was to make the app setup simpler and more automated — but it still had to feel like a personal service.

The app was .NET- and React-based — so Monique started looking for gifted engineers who’d help to implement the plan. The perfect candidates had to be ready to work full-time and be flexible in the total working hours (that depended on the CEO’s funding).
